It is Saturday and while some are gallivanting around and having a good old time I am sitting at home watching Hulu. I find some of the documentaries on Hulu interesting. Today I watched one titled “The Future of Food“. It was slow and boring but has a very interesting story on how GM (genetically modified) seeds are giving large corporations control over the US market and potentially the world market.
